Our Mission at Threshold Montessori School is to bring forth from each child who enters here, the part of himself already there. We serve children 18 months through 5 years.
The Montessori View
A Montessori classroom is a wonderful place for a child to be! It is filled with calmness and peace with children of mixed ages busily and happily working. It is a place where every child is treated with respect and understanding, love and nurturing and is able to fulfill their natural curiosity about the world.
We accept Children from 18 months to 5 years. Offering 3, 4, and 5 day programs. Our hours of operation are from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. We schedule open house tours by appointment only.

Rita Blount-Bradley, aka Meme, was a delicately courageous, unstoppable woman to be reckoned with. In the year 1970, she was unable to find a school fit for her cherished 4 year old twins, Lee and Patty. She then decided that she would begin her own where children, teachers, and parents could come together under a common ground, the “Joy of Learning”.
